I started at The Leading Edge in January to get myself in better shape both physically and health wise. I started by just doing the weight machines and a session with a personal trainer, and doing the exercises she recommended. After about a week I felt like I wanted something more challenging so two friends and I tried the free session of FIT and we have not missed a session in the 10 weeks since it started. The group really gets you motivated, it is a lot of work and you sweat a lot but after each class I feel so much better. Each week is slightly different and more challenging but it keeps you really motivated. Each session is split between floor exercises and cardio (I hated doing the treadmill before this class)

but with the variety of exercises we do on the floor and the ranges of the treadmill sessions I now have gotten so I like the treadmill and incorporate the exercises from class in to my daily exercise program. In the beginning I could hardly breathe after the class but now I feel so invigorated and so full of energy.
