Couch to Confidence
Couch to Confidence is a summer exercise program dedicated to helping high school age individuals learn how to exercise and enjoy it! The Leading Edge is dedicated to teaching individuals how to exercise at a young age so they can maintain a healthy lifestyle into their adult life. Groups include weight training, exercise games and cardiovascular fitness. Summer Shape Up is a 4 week program that runs once a week. Our personal trainers are nationally certified and have experience working with all ages and ability levels. The groups are a maximum of 6 participants which will ensure individualized attention, safety, and proper program progression. The Couch to Confidence program is designed for ages 13-18. Students do not have to be a member of The Leading Edge to participate.
How will a high school age individual benefit from the 4 week Summer Shape Up Program?
July Schedule:
Mondays 11:00-12pm (7/12 - 8/2 with Rachel)
August Schedule:
Mondays 11:00-12pm (8/9 - 8/27 with Rachel)
*the last day of the session will be a Friday
Cost: Only $60 per 4 week session
Elite Athlete
The Leading Edge will be offering 4 week strength and conditioning programs for High school athletes starting the beginning of July. The group will run once a week. Strength training not only helps an athlete's performance but also significantly decreases in-season injury. We are committed to teaching young individuals how to enjoy a lifetime of exercise. Our personal trainers are nationally certified and have experience working with all ages and ability levels. The groups are a maximum of 6 participants which will ensure individualized attention, safety, and proper program progression. This program is designed for athletes 13-18 years old. The student athletes do not have to be a member of The Leading Edge to participate in the group.
