All memberships include the following orientations with a personal trainer to ensure that you learn proper use of the equipment and get the most out of your workouts!
COMPLIMENTARY INTRODUCTORY SESSIONS WITH A PERSONAL TRAINER (CIS)
All members are eligible to receive two 30-minute complimentary sessions
with a certified personal trainer. The complimentary sessions are designed
to teach you appropriate exercise guidelines based on your current fitness
level and goals. The trainer will develop a safe and effective workout that
addresses your individual goals and concerns. PLEASE NOTE: Complimentary
Personalized Training sessions have a 30 day expiration date.
EQUIPMENT ORIENTATION
This orientation covers use of the strength training circuit. A trainer will review strength training guidelines, benefits, and proper use of the machines. The foundations of strength training including: sets, repetitions, weight, and rest period will be explained to help you continue the program and progress on your own.
