EQUIPMENT ORIENTATION
This orientation covers use of the strength training circuit. A trainer will review strength training guidelines, benefits, and proper use of the machines. The foundations of strength training including: sets, repetitions, weight, and rest period will be explained to help you continue the program and progress on your own.
There are no orientations scheduled for June. If you need assistance with the equipmet please speak with the Manager and she will ask a personal trainer to assist you.
